Viv Diwakar is Head of the Canton Foundation, where he leads the organization’s strategy to advance blockchain as institutional market infrastructure. He brings over 20 years of global experience across M&A and private equity, with a strong track record in driving complex turnarounds and scaling businesses. Previously CIO at Hedera Foundation, Viv oversaw grants, ecosystem development, and governance initiatives. With a deep technical foundation in low-latency distributed systems and over a decade in blockchain since 2012, he combines both institutional and retail perspectives on distributed ledger technology.
Kevin Lepsoe is building the financial markets of the future, on Ethereum. Moses Lee serves as the Head of APAC at Anchorage Digital. Since 2022, he has led the company’s engagement with key clients, partners, and regulators across the region. Previously, Moses was the APAC Head of Futures & Options Electronic Trading at J.P. Morgan. He brings over 20 years of experience spanning traditional finance and digital assets.
Justin Kim is Head of Asia at Ava Labs, supporting the Avalanche Ecosystem. Justin oversees all business development and ecosystem growth initiatives across verticals, as well as numerous international teams in Asia including Korea, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam and SEA. Since joining, Justin has been instrumental in driving Avalanche's adoption in Asia with institutions and enterprise.
Nick is the APAC Regional Lead and Singapore Country Lead for Base, where he focuses on expanding the Base ecosystem and driving real onchain adoption across Asia. He has hands-on experience building and operating in crypto, including founding a yield-focused onchain ecosystem and previously serving as CFO of a web3 company, where he led finance and operational scaling. Prior to crypto, Nicholas worked in structured products and credit roles at Citi and J.P. Morgan, bringing a strong TradFi foundation to his work in web3.
Daniel is the founding CEO of Tiger Research, a Web3 research and consulting firm based in Seoul, South Korea. The firm offers professional services in consulting, business development, and market research for global Web3 organizations. Tiger Research is reputed as the leading source of insight on the Asian Web3 market. Prior to founding Tiger Research, Daniel led the Technology Research & Analyst team at a prominent New York-based Family Investment Office with over $20B in assets under management. His focused research areas were the blockchain, cloud, and SaaS industries. Daniel also held several management positions at Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Yahoo!. In particular, Daniel was one of the first AWS employees in Korea and Japan to lead initial market research, business, and organizational development for the regional business. Daniel was born in Arlington, Virginia, and speaks English, Korean, and Japanese fluently. He holds a BBA in e-Business from Ajou University and received executive education from INSEAD. In his personal time, he is an avid hiker and golfer.
Delane Foo is a proven leader at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and innovation strategy. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Managing Director for Nethermind, she is driving growth, partnerships, and ecosystem development across Asia Pacific for one of the most prominent blockchain and AI software engineering and research firms. With a background spanning emerging technology adoption, decentralized finance and enterprise transformation, Delane has built a reputation for connecting technical excellence with real-world impact. In her previous roles, she expanded Ethereum infrastructure adoption across APAC, spearheaded key partnerships with wallets, DeFi protocols, and validators, and organized MEVday Asia, a first-of-its-kind event for the region. Her experience extends into corporate innovation, including previous roles at Johnson & Johnson and KPMG, where she led design strategy, emerging technology adoption, and collaborative programs for senior leadership. Delane’s ability to simplify complex technologies—whether blockchain, AI, or decentralized systems—enables institutions, enterprises, and innovators to harness them effectively for scalability and growth with people-first, solutions-driven approaches.
Edison is the co-founder and CEO of Based.one. He is the founder behind Based, a platform designed to unify trading and spending into a single interface, enabling users to access crypto, equities, and financial markets while seamlessly using their assets in the real world. He previously served as an early engineer at Zilliqa, contributing to its initial mainnet, and has since focused on building high-performance trading systems and financial products. His current focus is on scaling Based into a global financial superapp and advancing the role of AI in capital markets. Edison graduated with M.Sc from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sean is the Co-founder of OSN, a digital asset technology company to lead the widespread adoption of blockchain finance and to empower Belt and Road businesses to seamlessly integrate between Web2 and Web3. Previously, Sean was the CEO of the Algorand Foundation, where he spearheaded ecosystem development and token governance efforts which led to the layer-1 protocol achieving top-10 in network valuation of over $10 billion under his leadership. Sean has active engagements with global regulators and policymakers as a Senior Advisor for the Crypto Council for Innovation in regulatory advocacy and advancing the transformative potential of digital assets. He is also APAC policy advisor for the Stablecoin Standard, and co-chair of the regulatory committee for Hong Kong based Web3 Harbour. Sean is also an elected member of Hong Kong Government’s Cyberport Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group, and a Forbes Digital Asset contributor. Before entering into crypto and blockchain, Sean spent 15 years and held leadership positions in cloud computing and open source software development companies, working closely with leading financial services institutions on Wall Street and in Asia.
Hojin Kim is the CEO of ShardLab, the innovation lab of Hashed, the leading Web3 venture capital firm in Asia. As part of the strategic partnership between Hashed and Thailand's No.1 financial group SCBX, he is leading experiment initiatives focusing on Southeast Asia that can innovate the existing industry by introducing Web3 technology.
Iñaki Moreno Girona has led some of the most iconic strategic AI partnership deals in Southeast Asia, partnering with the region’s fastest-growing unicorns to drive their AI-native transformations. He acts as a core advisor to founders where AI is the fundamental driver of their business model, architecting solutions that embed advanced LLMs and agentic workflwos directly into their core products to help them move and scale 10x faster. Bridging the gap between frontier AI and Web3, his expertise lies in the AI and data infrastructure required for the emerging "Agent Economy" - helping companies build fully agentic products where software autonomously executes and transacts. Committed to responsible innovation, Iñaki volunteers as an AI mentor for NGOs and individuals to ensure safe, ethical adoption. Marco Cora is currently a Director at ZKsync Foundation. Marco Cora brings experience from previous roles at Matter Labs leading the Business and Operations teams at the company behind the leading scaling solution ZKsync. Prior to this he was the CEO of Azimut Investment Management Singapore, the Singapore subsidiary of Azimut group a global asset management company and before that he has been a portfolio manager and quantitative analyst in various funds.
After six years at SMBC, I joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. As a Project Leader, I worked primarily in the financial and public sectors, supporting clients on mid-term business planning, business and operational transformation through digital initiatives, policy design, and public-sector project management. In 2023, I joined Progmat Co., Ltd. as a founding member and Chief Strategy Officer. I later launched Project Pax with SWIFT and led global initiatives focused on stablecoin settlement infrastructure and interoperability across jurisdictions. Since April 2026, I have been working as an Independent Advisor on Cross-Border Finance and Institutional Design, focusing on addressing structural challenges in international collaboration and advancing new frameworks for cross-border ecosystem development, particularly between Japan and global markets.
Rashu is a Sales Director at Talos, the premier provider of institutional trading and portfolio technology for digital assets. Based in Singapore, Rashu is responsible for expanding the firm’s institutional client base and driving growth across its suite of solutions in the region. With over a decade of experience in capital markets, Rashu brings deep expertise in credit and fixed income trading. Before joining Talos, he was Executive Director of Credit Sales & Trading at Seaport Global Holdings, where he drove regional credit trading initiatives and institutional client coverage in Asia. Prior to Seaport, Rashu spent nearly five years with the MUFG Group, progressing from Senior Associate to Director in Fixed Income Trading. He was responsible for managing flow trade execution for a variety of clients across Asia credit markets, with a focus on investment grade products. Earlier in his tenure with the MUFG Group, he held roles in institutional sales, developing strong relationships with major buy-side institutions across Southeast Asia. Rashu began his career at Bloomberg LP as a key relationship manager, working closely with the firm’s global major banking clients. Rashu holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Economics and Finance from Singapore Management University and an M.B.A from IESE Business School in Barcelona.

He then joined Kantox, a fintech later acquired by BNP Paribas, where he led long and complex consultative sales cycles with C-suite executives on large-scale FX and treasury technology implementations. Most recently, at Euronext, he worked in the Fixed Income division, covering hedge funds and global asset managers across Europe. Today, Sebastian focuses on blockchain technology - helping scale sales teams, designing go-to-market frameworks, and creating institutional-grade products that enhance accessibility to staking and DeFi yields.
Takatoshi Shibayama is the Head of APAC of Ledger. He provides digital assets security for the Web3 industry and institutions. Prior to this, he was an analyst and investor of distressed corporate situations for 17 years, starting his career with investment banks such as JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, later joining a US hedge fund Davidson Kempner Capital Management, and co-founding 3D Investment Partners in Singapore. He was also the Head of Revenue APAC for Copper, a digital asset collateral management and custodial service firm.
Cindy Shi is the Head of Marketing at Kite AI, where she leads strategic initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration. With a background in strategy and corporate ventures from VMware and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, Yijing has extensive experience in driving growth strategies, post-M&A integrations, and product planning. She holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Virginia and has contributed to operational efficiency in various industries, including technology and automotive. At Kite, she applies her expertise to align business objectives with tech innovation in the decentralized data ecosystem.
